Deborah Robbins has over 30 years experienced in the healthcare field in various capacities including consultative selling. She rapidly moved from a staff nurse to various management positions and currently holds a consultative sales position with Hill-Rom. She has lived all over the United States and now travels extensively and is aware of various market trends nationwide and in Canada within numerous industries.
While at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston Deborah has held various management positions over her almost ten years at this prestigious healthcare facility. She created various new programs addressing risk management and continuous quality improvement.
She was most recently involved in the creation and corporate vision for Isis Maternity, a center for expectant and new mothers. She was a driving force behind this endeavor, which now has two locations in the Metro Boston area. She created the initial teaching programs and assisted in the development of their marketing and sales collateral materials.
Deborah is currently a sales consultant for Hill-Rom, a major manufacturer of hospital equipment. She has always met or exceeded her annual sales goals. She has been involved with market research, product development of the Affinity birthing bed and various other items housed in Maternity rooms throughout the US and Canada. She works closely with senior hospital administrators, physicians, architects, nursing and others. She is comfortable speaking in front of many or one-to-one.
Her colleagues often remark on Deborah’s analytical skills and “can do” attitude. She is a people person and is revered by her colleagues.
