Pay by Credit Card. Step by Step Instructions
We’ve updated our process to make credit card payments more secure and straightforward. Follow these steps whenever you receive a PDF quote, sales order, or invoice from RubberForm.
1. Open the PDF from RubberForm
- Find the email from our Sales or Customer Success team.
- Open the attached PDF on the email you received.
2. Click Pay Securely by Credit Card
- In the PDF, click the secure link button labeled Pay Securely by Credit Card.
- Your browser will open a secure payment page hosted by our payment processor.
3. Allow the secure page to load
- If prompted, allow your browser to open the secure link.
- The page is served over an encrypted connection (https).
4. Review your pre-filled details
- Your billing address will be pre-filled. Confirm it matches the address your bank has on file (billing ZIP/postal code must match).
- The invoice/order amount will be displayed.
5. Enter your card information
- Card number, expiration date, CVV, and name on card.
- If the address doesn’t match your bank’s records, click Edit and update it before submitting.
6. Confirm and submit
- Review all details for accuracy.
- Click Submit Payment.
7. Get your receipt
- You’ll receive an email receipt immediately after successful payment.
- Keep it for your records.
Security & Privacy Notes
The payment page is hosted by our trusted processor and uses industry-standard encryption (TLS).
RubberForm does not accept card numbers by email and does not store your card details on our website.
Only pay through the secure button inside our official PDF. If something looks off, contact us first.
Troubleshooting
Button won’t open?
Disable pop-up blockers for this action or try another browser.
Address mismatch/decline?
Confirm your billing address and ZIP exactly as your bank has it.
Multiple attempts failed?
Your bank may be declining the charge—call the number on the back of your card.
